Living Life in Idaho: recent photos of us

SMURF or CRAYONS ?

One of those days where i actually plan a fun project for Hallie to  do.

The glasses off of Mr. Potato Head

"JJ" is much more fun to stroller around than some doll

Don't really know what this little boy is doing but hey, he's happy!

Love it when Jake is home.

McKay stopped by with his motorcycle and Hallie loved it

Love having McKay at school

Songer grandparents visit to Rexburg Idaho

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Songer for coming to Rexburg and visiting us, we loved spending time with you and as usual it went by way to fast... looking forward to many more memories spent together.

We took Brent and Joan to Famous Dave's for dinner, the food was fantastic!

Feeding the ducks, this is one of Hallie's favorite things to do

i guess she had to taste the bread before she let the ducks have it

We made Todd Mortensens delicious ribs and Jay couldnt get enough of them

We took five hours on Saturday to go to the Rexburg temple to do work for Joans dad and her aunts, Joan was also sealed to her parents, we enjoyed our time spent there its always refreshing going to the temple.

Christmas in Alaska

Hallie is 2 and a half years old and we are excited to hear that she got accepted into a toddler preschool on BYUI campus. Mondays and Thursdays for an hour and fifteen minutes. She was so excited when we told her she was going to get to go to school. Jay is now eleven months, we cant believe he is almost a year old...time flies. Jake is Heading back to Cordova, Alaska the end of april to tender the Endevor for Derek Blake and siene with him as well in July. I have decided to stay in the lower 48 this summer with the kids... i think overall it will be better for us meaning cheaper, better weather, camping trips, grandma fox, outdoor swimming pools, tan line, and preschool for hallie! the downers are: no niles family to play with, no songer grandparents, no fish, no seeing dad for those three days out of the summer that we would have gotten to see him. all in all i think i made the best decision. I just pray that Jake will be safe and stay out of trouble. With all that said, here are the pics from our christmas vacation to Cordova, Alaska, random pics from this current semester as well as grandma and grandpa songers visit last week.
